Meet & Greet

Miss Fanci was quite popular at Saturday's meet & greet! She gave everyone kisses and loved all the attention. She had an application submitted that day, however it was denied.....so if any of you (couple who live near the airport?) are still interested, she is still available and waiting for her forever home.

Pictures of Fanci Pants

Fanci's jacket will go along with her when she goes to her forever home since it fits her well. She played all day with a dog friend yesterday during the packer game. She likes cats and gets along with them fine too. Again, she loves kids and likes kissing our 2 year old granddaughter. She is sleeping on the bed at night now and is very quiet. She doesn't like going out in the cold to go potty unless she has a dog buddy to go with her because it's more fun with a friend. I work all day and she is very good about going on the piddle pads while I'm gone. She isn't a chewer unless it's a rawhide or dog bone, but she does like to relocate things from the bedside table!? I keep finding my emery board and sometimes my cell phone in different places in the house. She also likes to drag her doggy blankets around.  Fanci has a sensitivity gift and is wonderful at giving sympathy. Something made me cry the other day and Fanci laid her head on my shoulder......very sweet. With training and some maturity she would probably be a good therapy dog.

Fanci is such a sweet, happy, expressive girl, and so very smart and sensitive. She could be a Hollywood movie dog and reminds me of "Wishbone".
Her first day of snow was so much fun.....but this cold is for the polar bears she thinks so she prefers going potty on the piddle pad. She sleeps well all night and appreciates snuggle time before bed And in the morning.
Fanci loves other dogs and will beeline it to a new playmate, so a fenced yard or being taken out on a leash is important. Case in point..... At a family members house without a fenced yard I let her out to go potty and turned around to get my coat, when I turned around she was gone. As it turned out she ran to the back neighbors yard, squeezed through the picket fence and was running around with a new husky friend! Yesterday she ran over to a neighbors to play with their dog and sledding kids! That's why living with another dog her size or bigger who likes to play is important for this little girl!
